Mental Health and Wellbeing Support

Our services are designed to promote positive mental health and well-being.  The aim is to provide personalised care and support to improve mental health and well-being. The psychotherapy & counselling we offer often dig deep. In the well-being sessions, we can focus on what I like to call "lighter" growth areas. This might support you in making decisions about the next steps in your life, giving you a dedicated space to relax and explore your day-to-day. I will also have a consultation session to explore if well-being or counselling is the correct path for you.
